Keto Strawberry Chia Watermelon Smoothie

Our Keto Strawberry Chia Watermelon smoothie is the perfect drink to enjoy during warmer days at a picnic in the park or by the beach. We’ve also added a scoop of Fitoru’s BHB Oil Powder in watermelon to give you a boost of natural energy and to reduce your appetite, helping you look and feel summer body ready! This summer staple drink is also extremely simple and only takes seven minutes to make.

Watermelon and strawberry make a tart-sweet mix that combines beautifully with the texture of chia seeds, which mimic the look of watermelon seeds. Make this for breakfast, a mid-day snack, or as a nightcap on a hot summer’s night.

Servings: 2

Ready In: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon (cubed with black seeds removed)
1/2 scoop of Fitoru BHB Oil Powder in watermelon flavor
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 medium ripe banana (previously peeled, chopped and frozen)
1/2 – 3/4 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
1 medium lime
1 Tbsp chia or hemp seeds (optional)

Directions:
    1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth, adding more almond milk to thin. Add additional strawberries or ice if you prefer it thicker.
    2. Taste and modify if needed, putting in more lime for acidity, banana for sweetness, more BHB Oil Powder if you need more energy or watermelon for a deeper watermelon flavor.
    3. Top with additional chia seeds to mimic watermelon seeds! Leftovers can be enjoyed for up to 2 days after.
