Ingredients:

1/3 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup creamed coconut milk

1/4 cup water
1 banana, fresh or frozen
3-4 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon sugar-free vanilla extract
1 tablespoon MCT oil

Directions:
