Keto Chia Pudding with Chocolate and Coffee

If you’re an on-the-go person, the last thing you want is to be making an intricate meal for breakfast. Our simple, 3-ingredient Keto Chia Pudding is easy to make and is prepped overnight, eliminating the stress of waking up early to whip together a healthy breakfast. You can enjoy this nutritious meal in multiple flavors by adding Fitoru’s BHB Oil Powder—we used the coffee and chocolate flavors in our video! Both flavors blend wonderfully with milk (you pick your type!) and add a boost of ketones.

What’s so amazing about this keto chia pudding recipe is that you can tailor it with toppings so that you can make multiple puddings and have different options to choose from when you’re meal planning for the week!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ready In: 3-4 hours (time in the fridge)


2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 scoop Fitoru BHB Oil Powder (we would recommend chocolate or coffee)
1/2 cup milk (we used almond milk)

    1. Combine chia seeds, milk, and BHB Oil Powder in an airtight container or mason jar. Mix well. Modify sweetness if desired with keto-friendly sweetener (we recommend Stevia or Swerve Sugar).
    2. Place in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours (we left ours overnight to make it thicker). Mix well and enjoy.
    3. Top with fruits, unsweetened coconut shavings, or cacao nibs for an extra kick of flavor!
