1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons DHA oil
1 tablespoon MCT oil
2 tablespoons collagen powder
Note: Add ice if preferred chilled
- Pour 1 cup of coconut milk into a blender or food processor.
- Add 1/4 cup of frozen cranberries.
- Spoon in 2 teaspoons of DHA oil and 1 tablespoon of MCT oil.
- Add 1 teaspoon of monk fruit sweetener and 2 tablespoons of collagen powder.
- Add ice to the mix, if you prefer.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
