Avoid unhealthy trans fats like processed vegetable oils in favor of better options such as olive oil and avocado oil when cooking. Other keto-friendly fats include red meat, cream, eggs, and avocado.

2.  Cut Down on Carbs

If you’re thinking of trying the keto diet, then you probably already know cutting carbs is an essential part of the process. Years of “normal” eating have conditioned your body to rely on glucose as its primary energy source, and it takes time to train your body to burn fat instead.   1. I’m doing my keto diet for 4 weeks but the last week I noticed i’m not dropping one single pound, got stock in the same , how can I keep loosing weith as the first three weeks?

      Keto can be tricky, but if you do it right, it can be life-changing. Are you restricting your carbs to only 20g a day? Are you eating sugar? Make sure to eat 20g of net carbs MAX per day and absolutely no sugar!
